Rephua Shlema

May you be blessed with a full recovery of body and spirit.

Prayers for healing - because every little bit helps

Rephua Shlema

The Hebrew phrase, "Rephua Shlema", means full recovery or complete healing. Use it to say, "Get well soon" or "Wishing you a full recovery (for body, mind, and spirit).

Mi Shebeirach means, "the One who blessed." A short version of the prayer is: May the One who blessed our ancestors bless [name] with a complete healing of body and soul.

This simple blessing is what Moses said to God when Miriam was ill. It means, "God, please heal her" and can be translated to "Please heal this soul."
